  Overview:

  Functionality: 
  The PP61 transaction code allows users to create, modify, and delete shift plans for personnel in the organization. It also allows users to assign personnel to shifts and view shift plans. Additionally, it allows users to define shift types and assign them to personnel. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the PP61 transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the shift plan you want to create and select “Continue”. 
  4. Enter the details of the shift plan such as start date, end date, and shift type. 
  5. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. Select “Assign Personnel” from the menu bar to assign personnel to shifts in the plan. 
  7. Select “View Shift Plan” from the menu bar to view the shift plan you have created. 
  8. Select “Change” from the menu bar to modify or delete a shift plan you have created. 
  9. Select “Save” to save your changes or select “Cancel” to discard them.
