  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PO02 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the program name and description in the corresponding fields. 
  4. Enter the duration of the program in days or hours. 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  6. To assign a program to an employee, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the employee’s ID number in the corresponding field. 
  7. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  8. To track an employee’s progress, select “Track” from the menu bar and enter the employee’s ID number in the corresponding field.
