It enables users to create, edit, and delete funds and positions, as well as assign them to employees.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP using your user credentials. 
  2. Enter the transaction code PMMN in the command field. 
  3. Select the desired action from the menu that appears (e.g., create a new fund or position). 
  4. Enter the required information in the fields provided (e.g., name, description, etc.). 
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To view the current status of funds and positions, select “Display” from the menu that appears.
