  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code PFTG (Maintain Task Group) is used to create and maintain task groups in the SAP system. Task groups are used to group together related tasks and activities, making it easier to manage and track them. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The PFTG transaction code allows users to create and maintain task groups in the SAP system. It also allows users to assign tasks to a task group, as well as assign a priority level to each task. Additionally, users can view the status of tasks within a task group, and can delete or modify existing task groups. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PFTG into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new task group and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Assign Tasks” from the menu bar. 
  5. Select the tasks you want to assign to the task group and select “Save”. 
  6. Select “Priority” from the menu bar and assign a priority level to each task in the group. 
  7. Select “Save” when finished. 
  8. To view the status of tasks within a task group, select “Status” from the menu bar. 
  9. To delete or modify an existing task group, select “Delete/Modify” from the menu bar.
