  6. To edit an existing absence event, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when finished. 
  8. To delete an existing absence event, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the absence event by clicking “Yes” when prompted.
