  1. Enter the transaction code PC00_M31_ABSPRA in the command field. 
  2. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the Personnel Number field. 
  3. Select Execute (F8). 
  4. The system will display a list of absences for the employee, including the total number of days absent, type of absence, and start and end dates of the absence. 
  5. Select Back (F3) to return to the previous screen.
