  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PC00_M10_ONW2 in the command field. 
  2. Select the employee whose W-2 form you want to view or print. 
  3. Select the year for which you want to view or print the W-2 form. 
  4. Click on “Display” or “Print” to view or print the W-2 form respectively. 
  5. To view or print the W-2 form of a former employee, select “Former Employees” from the dropdown menu and follow steps 2 to 4 above.
