  1. Enter the transaction code PC00_M05_CABCKV in the command field. 
  2. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the Personnel Number field. 
  3. Select the “Fixed-term Contract Statement” option from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Click on “Execute” to generate the statement. 
  5. The statement will be displayed on screen and can be printed out if desired. 
  6. To edit any of the employee’s contract details, click on “Change” and make any necessary changes. 
  7. Click on “Save” to save any changes made.
