  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the OY21 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “User Profile” tab. 
  3. Select the “Create” button to create a new user profile. 
  4. Enter the name of the user profile and select “Save”. 
  5. Select the “Authorization” tab and select the “Assign Authorization Objects” button. 
  6. Select the authorization objects that you want to assign to the user profile and select “Save”. 
  7. Select the “Roles” tab and select the “Assign Roles” button. 
  8. Select the roles that you want to assign to the user profile and select “Save”. 
  9. Select the “Change” button if you want to make changes to an existing user profile or select the “Delete” button if you want to delete an existing user profile.
