Overview: OWEZ is an SAP transaction code used to access and maintain access sequences in the SAP system. The initial screen will display a list of existing access sequences. 3. To create a new access sequence, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 4. Enter a name and description for the new access sequence and click “Save”. 5. To add an access sequence step, click on the “Add Step” button at the bottom of the screen. 6. Select an access method from the drop-down list and enter any additional information required for that method. 7. Click “Save” to save your changes and repeat steps 5 and 6 as needed to add additional steps to your access sequence. 8. To assign an access sequence to a field, click on the “Assign” button at the top of the screen and select a field from the list of available fields. 9. Select an access sequence from the drop-down list and click “Save” to save your changes. 10. To delete an access sequence, select it from the list of existing sequences and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. Other Recommendations: It is important to note that changes made using OWEZ will not take effect until you have saved them and activated them in your system using transaction code SE11 or SE16N.
