  1. Enter the transaction code OVAQ in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the order block reason and assign a priority level. 
  4. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. To delete an order block reason, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the name of the reason you wish to delete. 
  6. Select “Save” to save your changes.
