  4. Enter a description for the group in the “Description” field. 
  5. Enter a number for the maximum number of appointments allowed per day in the “Max Appointments/Day” field. 
  6. Enter a number for the duration of each appointment in minutes in the “Duration (min)” field. 
  7. Enter a number for the time interval between appointments in minutes in the “Interval (min)” field. 
  8. Select “Save” from the menu
