    4. Enter the criteria for the effectivity type and select “Save”. 
    5. Assign the effectivity type to an object by selecting “Assign” from the menu bar and entering the object name. 
    6. Select “Save” to save the changes. 
    7. To view existing effectivity types, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the name of the effectivity type you wish to view. 
    8. To delete an effectivity type, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the name of the effectivity type you wish to delete.
