  The SAP transaction code OOW2 is used to maintain substitute profiles in the SAP system. It allows users to create, change, and delete substitute profiles. This transaction code is used to define the rules for substitution of a user in the system.

  The OOW2 transaction code allows users to define the rules for substitution of a user in the system. It enables users to create, change, and delete substitute profiles. The profiles can be used to define who can substitute for whom and when. The profiles can also be used to define the type of substitution (e.g., full or partial). 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OOW2 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new substitute profile. 
  3. Enter the name of the profile and select “Save”. 
  4. Enter the details of the profile such as who can substitute for whom and when, and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Activate” to activate the profile and make it available for use in the system. 
  6. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of the transaction code OOW2. 
  7. To change or delete an existing profile, select it from the list and follow the same steps as above.
