  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OOEC in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new development plan, such as its name, description, objectives, activities, and resources. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new development plan. 
  5. To view an existing development plan, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the name of the plan you wish to view. 
  6. To delete a development plan, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the name of the plan you wish to delete. 
  7. To assign a development plan to an employee, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the employee’s name and the name of the plan you wish
