  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code ONIT1 is used to maintain institute indicators in the IS-H module. This code is used to define the institute indicators that are used to identify the institute in the hospital information system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The ONIT1 transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete institute indicators. It also allows users to view existing institute indicators and their associated data. Additionally, it allows users to assign institute indicators to specific departments or locations. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code ONIT1 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new institute indicator. 
  3. Enter the required data for the new indicator, such as name, description, and type. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new indicator. 
  5. To change an existing indicator, select it from the list and then select “Change”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing indicator, select it from the list and then select “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the indicator and then select “Yes” to confirm your selection. 
  9. To assign an indicator to a department or location, select it from the list and then select “Assign”. 
  10. Select the department or location that you want to assign the indicator to and then select “Save” to save your selection.
