  1. Enter the transaction code OIAZ into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the field selection profile and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Change” from the menu bar and select the field selection profile you just created. 
  5. Select the fields you want to make visible in the functional location master data and select “Save”. 
  6. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the field selection profile. 
  7. Select “Assign” from the menu bar and assign the field selection profile to a functional location or a functional location hierarchy. 
  8. Select “Save” to save your changes.
