    5. Select the reports you want to assign to the report group and select “Save”. 
    6. Select “Assign Authorization Profiles” from the menu bar. 
    7. Select the authorization profiles you want to assign to the report group and select “Save”. 
    8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the report group. 
    
    Other Recommendations: 
    It is recommended that users test their report groups before activating them in order to ensure that they are working properly and that all of the reports are assigned correctly. Additionally, it is important to keep track of which authorization profiles are assigned to each report group in order to ensure that only authorized users can access them.
