  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OABU in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new depreciation area, such as company code, asset class, and depreciation key. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new depreciation area. 
  5. To view or modify an existing depreciation area, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the required information for the existing depreciation area. 
  6. To set up unplanned depreciation, select “Unplanned Depreciation” from the menu bar and enter the required information for the unplanned depreciation. 
  7. Select “Save” to save any changes made to the existing depreciation area or unplanned depreciation.
