  The SAP transaction code OABN is used to manage depreciation areas and ordinary depreciation in the SAP system.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OABN in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new depreciation area and select “Create” again. 
  4. Select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the new area you just created. 
  5. Select “Assign Company Code” from the menu bar and enter the company code you want to assign this area to. 
  6. Select “Define
