  1. Enter the O4PDCT transaction code in the SAP system.

  3. Enter the vendor number and delivery number of the goods or services that have been received. 
  4. Enter the quantity of goods or services that have been received. 
  5. Select “Confirm” to save the delivery confirmation information. 
  6. To view or edit existing delivery confirmations, select “Display” from the menu and enter the vendor number and delivery number of the goods or services that have been received. 
  7. To print out a delivery confirmation document, select “Print” from the menu and enter the vendor number and delivery number of the goods or services
