  1. Enter the NRCPB transaction code into the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the procedure you wish to create in the “Name” field. 
  4. Enter a description of the procedure in the “Description” field. 
  5. Select the “Save” button to save your changes. 
  6. To view an existing procedure, select the “Display” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the procedure you wish to view in the “Name” field. 
  7. To delete or copy a procedure, select either the “Delete” or “Copy” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the procedure you wish to delete or copy in the “Name” field.
