  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the NP29 transaction code into the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Display” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the case number or other search criteria into the search field. 
  4. Select the “Execute” button to display the results of your search. 
  5. Select a case from the list of results to view its details. 
  6. To assign a case to a user, select the “Assign” button and enter the user’s name or ID number into the field provided. 
  7. To change the status of a case, select the “Change Status” button and select a new status from the drop-down menu. 
  8. To view the history of a case, select the “History” button and review any changes that have been made to it. 
  9. When you are finished, select the “Back” button to return to the main menu.
