  The SAP transaction code NCO_COLORD is used to define collective orders in the IS-HCO module. It is used to create and manage collective orders, which are orders that are created from multiple individual orders. This transaction code allows users to view, edit, and delete collective orders. 
  
  Functionality: 
  NCO_COLORD enables users to create collective orders from individual orders. It also allows users to view, edit, and delete existing collective orders. The collective order can be created from multiple individual orders, and the individual orders can be selected based on criteria such as order type, order status, and order date. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code NCO_COLORD in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new collective order. 
  3. Enter the required information for the collective order such as order type, order status, and order date. 
  4. Select the “Individual Orders” tab to select individual orders for the collective order. 
  5. Select the individual orders that you want to include in the collective order and click “Save”. 
  6. The collective order will be created and you can view it in the list of collective orders. 
  7. To edit or delete an existing collective order, select it from the list of collective orders and click “Edit” or “Delete” accordingly.
