  1. Enter transaction code MDOC_AGING_ANALYSIS in the command field. 
  2. Select a date range for which you want to analyze data aging for material documents. 
  3. Select a document type from the drop-down list (e.g., Goods Receipt). 
  4. Enter a document number (optional). 
  5. Click “Execute” to view and analyze data aging for material documents within the specified date range and/or document type/number. 
  6. To filter and sort data by various criteria, click “Filter” or “Sort” in the toolbar at the top of the screen. 
  7. To export data to an Excel file, click “Export” in the toolbar
