  Overview:
  KKPG is an SAP transaction code used to maintain the cost object hierarchy in the Graphical Cost Object Hierarchy (GCOH) application. It allows users to create, modify, and delete cost objects and their associated hierarchies. This transaction code is used to manage the cost object structure in the system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  KKPG enables users to create, modify, and delete cost objects and their associated hierarchies. It also allows users to view the cost object hierarchy in a graphical format. The graphical format makes it easier for users to understand the structure of the cost object hierarchy. Additionally, KKPG allows users to assign cost objects to different cost centers and assign different levels of authorization to different users. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code KKPG in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the cost object you want to create or modify. 
  4. Enter the description of the cost object and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Hierarchy” from the menu bar and enter the parent cost object for the new cost object you created or modified. 
  6. Select “Save” and enter any additional information required for the cost object hierarchy. 
  7. Select “Authorization” from the menu bar and assign different levels of authorization to different users for this cost object hierarchy. 
  8. Select “Save” and exit
