  Overview:
  KEP8 is a SAP transaction code used to manage operating concerns in the SAP system. It is used to create, change, and display operating concerns. Operating concerns are used to store information about the company’s operations, such as the company’s organizational structure, personnel data, and financial data. 
  
  Functionality:
  KEP8 allows users to create, change, and display operating concerns. It also allows users to assign personnel to an operating concern and assign a cost center to an operating concern. Additionally, KEP8 can be used to assign a company code to an operating concern. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter transaction code KEP8 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the operating concern in the “Name” field. 
  4. Enter a description of the operating concern in the “Description” field. 
  5. Assign personnel to the operating concern by selecting “Personnel Assignment” from the menu bar and entering the personnel number in the “Personnel Number” field. 
  6. Assign a cost center to the operating concern by selecting “Cost Center Assignment” from the menu bar and entering the cost center number in the “Cost Center Number” field. 
  7. Assign a company code to the operating concern by selecting “Company Code Assignment” from the menu bar and entering the company code number in the “Company Code Number” field. 
  8. Select “Save” from the menu
