  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the KE12 transaction code in the command field.

  5. Click “Execute” to display the plan data for the selected object and period.

  7. To view budgeted costs for a particular period or object, click “Budget” in the menu bar and select “Budgeted Costs” from the drop-down menu. 
  8. To save your changes, click “Save” in the menu bar and select “Save Changes” from the drop-down menu.
