  4. Use the filters at the top of the screen to narrow down the list of problems by date, type, or other criteria. 
  5. Select “Execute” to apply any filters you have selected and view an updated list of problems. 
  6. Select “Back” to return to the main screen and view all shipping problems again without any filters applied. 
  7.
