  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code JKX4 is used to administer the delivery archive in the IS-M (Industry Solutions - Media) system. This transaction code allows users to view, create, and delete archived deliveries. 
  
  Functionality: 
  JKX4 provides users with the ability to view, create, and delete archived deliveries. It also allows users to view the status of archived deliveries and to check for any errors that may have occurred during the archiving process. Additionally, it provides users with the ability to search for archived deliveries by delivery number or by customer name. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code JKX4 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Delivery Archive” tab. 
  3. Select “Create” to create a new archived delivery or “Delete” to delete an existing archived delivery. 
  4. Enter the delivery number or customer name in the search field to search for an archived delivery. 
  5. Select “Display” to view the status of an archived delivery or “Check” to check for any errors that may have occurred during the archiving process. 
  6. Select “Save” to save any changes made to an archived delivery or “Cancel” to cancel any changes made. 
  7. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of JKX4.
