  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create a new publication, enter the JKD4 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Enter the name of the publication you wish to create in the “Publication Name” field. 
  3. Enter a description of the publication in the “Description” field. 
  4. Enter the address data you wish to include in the publication in the “Address Data” field. 
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To edit an existing publication, enter the JKD4 transaction code in the command field and select the publication you wish to edit from the list of available publications. 
  7. Make any necessary changes to the publication and click “Save” to save your changes. 
  8. To delete a publication, enter the JKD4 transaction code in the command field and select the publication you wish to delete from the list of available publications.
