  1. Enter the transaction code JD12 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the advertisement number in the Advertisement Number field. 
  3. Select the type of advertisement from the dropdown menu. 
  4. Enter the date of the advertisement in the Date field. 
  5. Enter any additional information related to the advertisement in the appropriate fields. 
  6. Click “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
