  1. Log into your SAP system and enter transaction code JBC7. 
  2. Select the “Customizing” tab and then select “Sample Customizing - Securities” from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Select the “User Roles” tab and then select “Create” from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Enter a name for the user role and then select “Save”. 
  5. Select the “Authorization Objects” tab and then select “Create” from the drop-down menu. 
  6. Enter a name for the authorization object and then select “Save”. 
  7. Select the “Authorization Profiles” tab and then select “Create” from the drop-down menu.
