  1. Enter transaction code J-04 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to create a new formula. 
  3. Enter the formula name and description in the appropriate fields. 
  4. Enter the formula in the “Formula” field. 
  5. Select “Check” to check the validity of the formula. 
  6. Select “Save” to save the formula. 
  7. To view existing formulas, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the formula name in the appropriate field. 
  8. To change an existing formula, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the formula name in the appropriate field. 
  9. To delete an existing formula, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the formula name in the appropriate field.
