  HRUA_MILITARY_LIST is a SAP transaction code used to view and maintain the military status list in the Human Resources (HR) module. This list contains information about the military status of employees, such as whether they are currently serving in the military or have previously served.

  The HRUA_MILITARY_LIST transaction code allows users to view and maintain the military status list in the HR module. This list contains information about the military status of employees, such as whether they are currently serving in the military or have previously served. The list also includes information about the type of service, such as active duty, reserve, or National Guard. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code HRUA_MILITARY_LIST into the command field. 
  2. The Military Status List will be displayed. 
  3. To view an employee's military status, select their name from the list. 
  4. To add a new employee to the list, click on the “New Entries” button at the top of the screen. 
  5. Enter the employee’s name and other relevant information into the fields provided. 
  6. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. To delete an employee from the list, select their name from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
  8. Click “Yes” to confirm your deletion.
