  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code HRASRREF_NUM into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new reference number, such as the personnel number, name, and description. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new reference number. 
  5. To view or edit an existing reference number, select the “Display” option from the menu bar and enter the required information for the reference number you wish to view or edit.
