    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Log into your SAP system and enter transaction code GRFN_INIT_DS. 
    2. Select “Create” to create a new data source. 
    3. Enter a name for your data source and select “Continue”. 
    4. Select the source system from which you want to extract data and select “Continue”. 
    5. Select the target system where you want to store the extracted data and select “Continue”. 
    6. Define the fields that should be extracted from the source system and select “Continue”. 
    7. Define the mapping between source and target fields and select “Continue”. 
    8. Define any conditions for extracting data from the source system and select “Continue”. 
    9. Select “Save” to save your changes and activate your new data source.
