  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter GM_MAINT_NR in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new number range for a grant. 
  3. Enter the required information such as the name of the grant, the start and end numbers of the range, and any other relevant information. 
  4. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. To view or change an existing number range, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the grant you wish to view or change.
