  Overview:
  GJ63 is a transaction code used in SAP to manage project types for journal entries. It allows users to create, change, and display project types for journal entries. This transaction code is part of the Financial Accounting (FI) module. 
  
  Functionality: 
  GJ63 enables users to create, change, and display project types for journal entries. It also allows users to assign a project type to a journal entry and view the project type assigned to a journal entry. Additionally, GJ63 allows users to assign a project type to a company code and view the project type assigned to a company code. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter GJ63 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu options. 
  3. Enter the project type name and description in the appropriate fields. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the changes or “Cancel” to discard them. 
  5. To view an existing project type, select “Display” from the menu options and enter the project type name in the appropriate field. 
  6. To assign a project type to a journal entry, select “Assign Project Type” from the menu options and enter the journal entry number in the appropriate field. 
  7. To view the project type assigned to a journal entry, select “Display Project Type” from the menu options and enter the journal entry number in the appropriate field.
