  Overview:

  Functionality: 
  The FZW3 transaction code allows users to view messages sent to them in the SAP system. It also allows users to view emails sent to them from other users in the system. The messages and emails can be sorted by date, sender, recipient, subject, and other criteria. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FZW3 into the command field. 
  2. Select the type of message or email you want to view (e.g. Inbox, Sent, etc.). 
  3. Select the criteria you want to use for sorting (e.g. Date, Sender, Recipient, Subject). 
  4. Click on “Execute” to view the messages or emails that match your criteria. 
  5. To view a specific message or email, click on it and it will open in a new window. 
  6. To delete a message or email, select it and click on “Delete” at the top of the screen.
