  1. Enter the FTRV_MAPPING_CONF transaction code in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button in the “Mapping Rules” tab. 
  3. Enter a name for the mapping rule and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Source Document” tab and enter the source document type and field name. 
  5. Select the “Target Document” tab and enter the target document type and field name. 
  6. Select “Save” and then “Activate” to save and activate the mapping rule. 
  7. Select “Back” to return to the main screen
