  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FOIP - RE Contract Display into the command field. 
  2. Select the real estate object for which you want to view or manage contracts. 
  3. The system will display a list of all contracts associated with the selected real estate object. 
  4. To create a new contract, select the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  5. To edit an existing contract, select the “Edit” button next to the desired contract in the list. 
  6. Once you have finished creating or editing a contract, select “Save” to save your changes.
