  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code FOAR103 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Archiving Preparation” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the “Archive” option to prepare a contract for archiving. 
  4. Enter the contract number and other relevant information in the fields provided. 
  5. Select “Execute” to start the archiving process. 
  6. To delete an archived contract, select the “Delete” option from the menu and enter the contract number in the field provided. 
  7. Select “Execute” to delete the archived contract. 
  8. To view the status of an archiving process, select “Status” from the menu and enter the contract number in the field provided. 
  9. Select “Execute” to view the status of an archiving process. 
  10. To view details of an archived contract, select “Details” from the menu and enter the contract number in the field provided.
