  1. Enter FMME106 into the SAP command field and press enter. 
  2. Select the desired note type from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Enter a keyword or phrase into the search field if desired. 
  4. Click “Search” to view all notes related to the selected note type and/or keyword/phrase. 
  5. To create a new note, click “New” and enter the desired information into the fields provided. 
  6. To edit an existing note, select it from the list of notes and click “Edit”. 
  7. To delete an existing note, select it from the list of notes and click “Delete”.
