  4. The budget structure will be displayed in a hierarchical format, with the budgeted and actual amounts for each level of the budget structure. 
  5. To view more detailed information about a particular level of the budget structure, select it from the list and click on “Details” button. 
  6. To exit, click on “Back” button or press F3 key on your keyboard.
