  1. Enter the transaction code FM3M into the command field. 
  2. The Index of Commitment Items will be displayed. 
  3. Use the search fields to filter the list of commitment items according to your needs. 
  4. Select a commitment item from the list to view its details. 
  5. To create a new commitment item, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. Enter all necessary information for the new commitment item and click “Save” when finished. 
  7. To delete a commitment item, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen.
