  1. To create a new ILM policy, select the “Create” button in the top toolbar. 
  2. Enter a name for the policy and select the “Save” button. 
  3. Select the “Assign” button to assign the policy to an object. 
  4. Select the object you want to assign the policy to and select “OK”. 
  5. To view existing policies, select the “Display” button in the top toolbar. 
  6. Select a policy from the list and select “OK” to view its details. 
  7. To edit an existing policy, select the “Change” button in the top toolbar. 
  8. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished. 
  9. To delete an existing policy, select the “Delete” button in the top toolbar and confirm your selection when prompted.
