Additionally, users can view the total amount of the purchase order and any open items associated with it. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code F4700 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the purchase order number in the Purchase Order field. 
  3. Click on Execute (F8). 
  4. The accounting view of the purchase order will be displayed. 
  5. To view additional information, click on the Accounting tab at the top of the screen. 
  6. The cost center, general ledger account, and cost element associated with the purchase order will be displayed. 
  7. To view any open items associated with the purchase order, click on the Open Items tab at the top of the screen. 
  8. The total amount of the purchase order will be displayed at the bottom of this screen. 
  9. To exit this transaction code, click on Back (F3).
