  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To access the My Projects - Planned Projects application, enter the SAP transaction code F2087 in the command field. 
  2. The application will open with an overview of all planned projects. 
  3. To view a project’s details, select it from the list. 
  4. To create a new project, click on the “Create Project” button at the top of the screen. 
  5. Enter the project details and click “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To assign tasks to team members, select a task from the list and click “Assign” at the bottom of the screen. 
  7. Select a team member from the list and click “Save” to assign them to the task. 
  8. To track progress on a task, select it from the list and click “Track Progress” at the bottom of the screen. 
  9. Enter any notes or comments about progress on the task and click “Save” to save your changes.
