  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code CS81 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the material number for which you want to create a BOM. 
  4. Enter the components of the BOM in the “Components” tab. 
  5. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. Select “Change” from the menu bar to make changes to an existing BOM. 
  7. Enter the material number for which you want to make changes to its BOM. 
  8. Make changes to the components of the BOM in the “Components” tab as needed. 
  9. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  10. Select “Copy” from the menu bar to copy an existing BOM and create a new one with similar components.
